 Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped (optional)

24 wonton wrappers (or biscuit dough rounds)

2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

 Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Muffin Tin

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.

Press a wonton wrapper (or biscuit round) into each muffin cup to form a base.
Step 2: Make the Chicken Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a little salt and pepper.

Mix until evenly coated.
Step 3: Assemble the Cups

Spoon a little chicken mixture into each wonton cup.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Add a second wonton wrapper on top (optional for double layers) and repeat with more chicken mixture and cheese.

Brush edges lightly with olive oil for crispiness.
Step 4: Bake

Bake in the oven for 18–20 minutes, or until the cups are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle with fresh basil and a little extra Parmesan before serving.
